Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Business Strategy and Operations, Sales or Management Consulting roles.
• Experience in learning and development or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Scale GBOedu’s global learning initiatives across SEAS with locally resonant execution.
• Advise SEAS leaders to identify capability gaps and drive business transformation.
• Manage the GRL model across SEAS with content design split and prioritization.
• Transition certified Sales Coaching to frontline managers to build local capability.
• Drive adoption of GenAI-powered learning tools and show ROI impacts on pipeline.
