Job summary

KWE-KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD is seeking a customer service professional to support Seafreight operations in Singapore. The role focuses on handling inquiries and coordinating shipments from booking to delivery, with emphasis on data accuracy and timely communication.

You will prepare quotations, booking confirmations and necessary clearance documents, assist internal stakeholders and customers, and monitor cost versus sell rate to avoid deficits, while maintaining quality records in

Qualifications

1 year of experience in customer service handling of customers’ accounts.
Good knowledge of shipping procedures.
Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints relating to Seafreight.
Coordinate, receive and process shipments from booking/arrival to delivery.
Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary clearance/shipping documents.
Assist to manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors administratively and operationally.
Check actual cost versus sell rate and ensure shipments are not under deficit.
Enter records in our Freight system and ensure data quality.
Shipment monitoring and filing/closure of shipping documents.
Other necessary tasks as assigned.
