Responsibilities

Event Operations: develop and execute event plans for in-store promotions and product launches, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, manage vendor coordination and budgets.
Retail Store Inspections: conduct regular store inspections, identify areas for improvement, assist in evaluating store performance metrics.
Training and Development: design and implement training programs for retail staff, monitor effectiveness and maintain training materials.
Sales and Performance: assist in setting and achieving sales targets, develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
Customer Relations: maintain high customer service standards and address complaints promptly.
