Job summary

Natixis Investment Managers’ Wholesale team in Singapore invites a fresh graduate to join as Wholesale and Retail Sales Trainee, supporting Southeast Asia coverage. You will assist with prospecting, client servicing, roadshows, events, and marketing activities coordinated by the Singapore Business Development Unit.

You will prepare client-facing materials, coordinate RFPs and fund updates, work with Legal, Compliance, Finance and Product teams, and help maintain CRM contacts while gaining

Qualifications

• Fresh university graduate in Business/Economics/Accountancy or related finance discipline.
• Less than 2 years of work experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to use fund analytics tools such as Morningstar/Bloomberg/consultant databases.
• Team player with strong client servicing aptitude.
• Detail oriented with ability to deliver high-quality work promptly.
• Good time management and prioritization.
• Fluent English; additional Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with preparing, customizing, and updating client materials, including pitch decks and fund updates.
• Support events and roadshows by coordinating materials and collaborating with marketing.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Reporting and Product teams to support sales processes.
• Manage corporate action notification process for SG clients with Legal and Fund Operations teams.
• Prepare responses to client queries on operations and basic investments.
• Coordinate release of fund updates, white papers, and market updates to prospects and clients.
• Maintain wholesale CRM contacts.
• Assist Sales with call reports and market analyses.
• Assist with translations and marketing material approvals.
• Resolve distributor issues including trailer rebates with Sales, Fund Operations and Finance.
