Job summary

SCOR is seeking a Head of Pricing for South East Asia based in Singapore. You will lead the SEA Pricing team, drive pricing and risk assessment, and partner with APAC/Global teams to ensure governance and profitable growth. You will recruit and develop pricing talent and strengthen client relationships across SEA markets.

The role requires extensive pricing experience, actuarial qualifications, and leadership skills to align with SCOR's risk appetite and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pricing experience in insurance/reinsurance
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science/Math or related field
• Qualified member of an actuarial society (FIA/FIAA/FSA)

Responsibilities

• Lead SEA pricing function and oversee pricing and risk assessment
• Deliver timely and quality quotations for new and existing business
• Develop pricing and underwriting guidelines for SEA markets
• Recruit, train and retain pricing talent; guide the team
• Build market intelligence for informed pricing decisions
• Support SCOR brand and engage with internal/external clients
