Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks a SEA Integration & Readiness Lead based in Singapore to coordinate regional integration activities across multiple functions and countries. You will drive governance, risk management, and readiness for commercial systems, data, and portfolio transitions.

The role requires 8–12+ years in program and integration management, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel regionally may be required; contract through December 2028.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8–12+ years of Program/Integration/Transformation leadership experience across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional integration planning, governance, and execution across SEA.
• Ensure business continuity during and after integration and transition periods.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with IT, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and escalation processes and provide executive updates.
• Support readiness activities for commercial systems, data, and product lifecycle transitions.
• Drive country readiness and execution management across regional and country teams.
