Job summary

BD in Singapore seeks a SEA Integration & Readiness Lead to plan, coordinate, and drive integration readiness across commercial systems, supply chain, regulatory, quality and operations in the SEA region.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, ensure business continuity during integration, and align with global operating models while addressing local regulatory needs. This is a contract role ending December 2028, based in Singapore, with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Program Management, Integration Management, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Business Transformation, PMO Leadership.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional integration planning, governance, and execution activities across SEA.
• Coordinate readiness activities for commercial systems including Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and customer/master data.
• Drive portfolio transition and SKU rationalization across SEA.
• Coordinate regional/regulatory, quality, and operational readiness.
• Serve as central coordination point between regional and country integration teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings and decision-making forums; support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure timely completion of key deliverables and monitor critical path activities.
