Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a SEA Integration & Readiness Lead based in Singapore to coordinate cross-functional integration programs across Commercial Systems, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations. This contract role focuses on regional readiness, governance, and execution, ensuring continuity and timely deployment of the future-state operating model across SEA.

The role requires 8–12+ years in program/integration management, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead regional integration planning, governance, and execution activities across SEA.
Ensure business continuity during integration and transition; identify risks and mitigate disruption.
Drive standardization of country-level processes and governance into the global framework.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
Establish project governance, milestones, risk management and escalation processes.
Maintain integrated project plans and readiness dashboards.
Provide executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies and decisions.
Coordinate readiness activities for commercial systems, data, pricing, and master data.
