Job summary

BD in Singapore seeks an experienced SEA Integration & Readiness Lead to coordinate regional integration activities across multiple functions and countries. You will drive readiness for commercial systems, data, pricing, and governance while ensuring business continuity and alignment with the future-state operating model.

With 8-12+ years in program and integration management, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and deliver complex regional milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
8-12+ years of experience in Program Management, Integration Management, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Business Transformation, PMO Leadership.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional integration or transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead regional integration planning, governance, and execution activities across SEA.
Coordinate readiness activities related to commercial systems, master data, pricing, and data migration.
Drive portfolio transition and SKU rationalization across SEA and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Coordinate regulatory, quality, and operational readiness in regional and country contexts.
Serve as central point for regional and country integration teams and ensure timely delivery.
