You will align market needs with product roadmaps, drive pricing integrity, and ensure competitive performance across core routes. This role requires deep knowledge of global trade lanes, strong cross‑functional collaboration with operations, IT and finance, and hands‑on experience building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in sea freight product development or management.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy and roadmaps for sea logistics products (FCL/LCL, special containers, multimodal).
• Conduct market research on global trade lanes, pricing cycles and service standards.
• Define product specifications, pricing, and profitability controls for core routes.
• Collaborate with carrier procurement to secure long-term contracts and favorable rates.
• Create sales tools, training, and support for key accounts and tenders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to standardize SOPs and improve operations.
• Monitor product performance dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping rules and local regulations.
