Job summary

EasySpeed in Singapore seeks a Head of Sea Logistics Product Development to lead strategy and roadmaps for sea freight products, including FCL/LCL, special containers, and multimodal options. You will align capabilities with customer needs and market trends, and manage senior stakeholders and a cross‑functional team.

You will drive pricing, service standards, vendor relationships, and performance dashboards to optimize profitability and ensure compliant, reliable ocean services across key trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience leading sea freight product development in forwarder/logistics industries.
• Strong data analysis, pricing and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategy and product roadmap for sea logistics products (FCL/LCL, reefer, OOG, multimodal).
• Manage service levels and partner relationships with carriers and agents; lead quarterly reviews.
• Conduct market research on trade lanes, pricing cycles, and customer pain points to support strategy.
• Lead design and standardization of sea freight products, pricing, and profitability controls.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, sales, finance, and IT to ensure rollout and performance dashboards.
