Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Pte. Ltd. is seeking a pricing and procurement professional to manage all aspects of sea freight pricing, development and procurement, including day-to-day support, costing systems, GP analysis and GP improvement.

You will maintain cost data, support RFQs for FCL/LCL, liaise with regional teams and vendors, and drive GP improvements through negotiation and reporting. The role requires collaboration, a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Freight Forwarding experience.
• Well verse knowledge on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and procurement: maintain monthly/quarterly/yearly cost data and share with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain MSR (monthly summary report) for stakeholders.
• Support vendor and rate enquiries from network and commercial teams.
• Assist operations/billing with pricing-related concerns and RFQ for FCL/LCL.
• Vendor management: onboard new vendors and conduct annual evaluations.
• GP analysis and reporting to drive profit improvements and market share.
