Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a logistics specialist to coordinate shipment operations across overseas offices and local contractors. You will ensure timely updates on collection, shipping, and arrival dates while handling all shipping documentation.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with Sysfreight knowledge considered an advantage. On-site work at Loyang Way with excellent welfare and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
• Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date).
• Handle and process shipping documentation.
• Perform customs declarations.
• Enter shipment details and invoices into the in-house operations system.
• Undertake other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
