Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a high-impact Training Manager for Southeast Asia to build sales capability across diverse markets. You will design and deliver practical, culturally relevant learning experiences and lead needs analysis, content localisation, and effectiveness measurement to ensure sales teams perform today and tomorrow.

You will partner with regional leaders to shape regional capability-building strategies, lead sessions across SEA, and measure learning impact to drive performance

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning and facilitation techniques.
• End-to-end training lifecycle management including needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Hands-on classroom and virtual facilitation for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional/country leadership to identify sales capability gaps across SEA.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training programs and materials.
• Deliver training through classroom, virtual and on-the-job formats across SEA.
• Coordinate training delivery with multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Measure training effectiveness and refine programs for behaviour change and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and cross-functional teams to align talent strategies.
• Refresh learning content to support new product launches and business priorities.
