Job summary

tesa is seeking a Regional Sales & Leadership Excellence Manager to drive commercial capability building and leadership development across Asia Pacific. This role spans multiple countries in APAC and works with Regional Business Units, HR partners, and global stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities.

You will design structured learning pathways, coach sales leaders, and measure outcomes to deliver sustainable growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales excellence, sales training, commercial capability development or business coaching.
• Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills.
• Experience coaching managers and working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical learning solutions.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC sales capability development by designing and implementing structured learning pathways for sales employees from onboarding to advanced levels.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and translate business priorities into targeted development initiatives.
• Design and facilitate practical sales development programmes covering customer engagement, account management, negotiation, sales effectiveness and value selling.
• Coach sales managers to strengthen field coaching, performance conversations and development of their sales teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Technical Support, Business Operations and Customer Service teams to integrate customer engagement, technical, operational and customer experience capabilities into the sales learning journey.
• Facilitate customized development programmes for people managers aligned with APAC leadership expectations.
• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programmes to deliver sustainable business impact.
