Job summary

Page Executive in Singapore seeks a seasoned Lead Data Center Projects professional to drive regional delivery across Southeast Asia. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to ensure on-time, within-scope project execution.

You will establish governance frameworks, coordinate with engineering, operations and commercial teams, and shape service offerings based on market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional teams on complex projects.
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and operational excellence frameworks.
• Ability to balance technical, operational and commercial considerations when making decisions.
• Experience working across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support project execution.
• Establish and implement project governance frameworks, operational processes, and best practices for consistency across markets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, commercial, and support functions.
• Monitor project performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and present project updates, business reviews, and performance reports to regional leadership.

Job Description

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project performance.
• Prepare and present project updates, business reviews, and performance reports to regional leadership.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Significant experience working within the data center, critical infrastructure, engineering, facilities management, energy, or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and operational excellence frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading regional teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
• Experience working across culturally diverse environments within Southeast Asia.
• Ability to balance technical, operational, and commercial considerations when making decisions.
