Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator to provide front-line customer and operational support across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. This role offers growth in customer care, sales support and commercial operations.

You will manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal teams for enquiries, quotations, orders and admin tasks, while supporting marketing and regional shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales-oriented, customer service or commercial environment.
• Good understanding of commercial and logistics processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for customers and provide daily sales & service support.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate with internal teams on enquiries, quotations, orders.
• Process and resolve sales/shipment discrepancies and customer complaints.
• Schedule and coordinate service resources per customer requirements and contracts.
• Support warranty claims, returns and product servicing, including on-site work.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate systems, processes and reporting.
• Provide admin support to internal teams and assist Senior Coordinator/Team Leader.
• Assist Key Account Manager with debt collection activities.
• Support marketing and SEA activities.
• Manage literature, order materials from UK/US, arrange shipments.
• Coordinate translation and printing of marketing materials.
• Handle requests for company/product literature and supplier gifts.
