Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to handle front line customer contact for SE Asia, supporting sales and service operations.

The role covers sales and service support, administration of quotes, orders, invoices, and coordination of marketing collateral and literature, with a focus on regional coordination and timely response.

This is a 6-month contract based in Loyang, offering up to SGD 4,500 per month and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Above 2 years experience in a sales oriented environment.
• Good commercial & logistic knowledge and exposure.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis.
• Ability to work under pressure with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Front line customer contact role for all sales and service operational support covering SE Asia.
• Sales Support includes manage the accounts of customers, interface with internal team and customers daily, handling quotations, orders, and admin tasks.
• Service Support includes coordinating resources for customer requests, after-sales support, and warranty/returns processing.
• Coordinate and administer operational systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer needs and provide admin support to internal customers.
• Prepare/Process documentation such as quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and letters of credits.
• Assist Senior Coordinator/Team Leader and contribute to team objectives.
• Provide support to the KAM on debts collection.
• General office & reception administration as required.
• Assist and help develop Marketing & communications support within SE Asia; manage literature and production coordination.
