Job summary

Anixter Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a recruitment lead to cover SEA/APAC for the Data Centre sector. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build strong hiring-manager partnerships, and manage multiple high-volume hiring projects across the region.

The role requires independent leadership of recruitment initiatives, with a focus on strategic and operational hiring to support business needs across SEA/APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment operations across multiple SEA/APAC countries to meet business hiring demands in the Data Centre industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs effectively
• Manage high-volume and bulk hiring projects within BPO or project-based environments, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines
• Independently drive end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision, ensuring quality candidate selection
• Apply strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
• Communicate clearly and organize recruitment activities to prioritize tasks and meet fast-paced operational requirements
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain performance under pressure in a dynamic work environment
