TENTEN Partners is seeking a capable Sales Operations Executive to join our Singapore headquarters, working directly with the Head of Operations & Chief of Staff to support our Singapore business and regional operations. This role goes beyond admin: you will organize, analyse data, optimise processes, maintain CRM/ATS data, and create insights to help consultants and leadership make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, sales support or executive administration.
• Experience in recruitment or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis and ability to turn information into insight.
• Comfort with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM/ATS data and generate activity reports.
• Analyse trends and highlight areas needing management attention.
• Provide market intelligence and BD materials using LinkedIn and Insights.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and HR administration.
• Prepare client materials and marketing content.
• Assist Chief of Staff with projects and daily priorities.
