Job summary

Bilibili is building its creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia from the ground up. As a Creator Operations Specialist, you will own the end-to-end creator pipeline for Singapore and the region, driving volume, activation, and retention.

You will scale multi-channel outbound, onboard cohorts, and run programs that increase publishing cadence and community engagement, while reporting metrics and optimizing conversions across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Business, or related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English; near-native proficiency in market languages for daily communication and localization.
• 3–5 years of experience in creator or community operations, growth/acquired, business or sales development, or partnerships.
• Data-driven and process-oriented; comfortable owning a funnel, building playbooks, and working with CRM, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Experience building and engaging online communities with understanding of community health, retention, and moderation.
• Genuine interest in digital content, ACG, and creator economy; strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale the creator funnel with multi-channel outbound to build a sustained qualified creator pipeline.
• Onboard and activate creators at scale with cohorts and repeatable playbooks.
• Grow and retain the creator community through programs, events, and engagement tracking.
• Measure performance and feed creator and community insights back to Product, Operations, and SEA teams to improve conversions.
