Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Operations Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SD-WAN and wireless networks.

You will monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, and implement operational changes to ensure high service availability for customers. Responsibilities include incident response, daily health checks, performance monitoring, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires a Diploma/degree in IT and 1–2 years in IT infrastructure operations, with 24x7 shift

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, Network Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT infrastructure operations, network support or NOC.
• CCNA/CCNP/ITIL or SD-WAN certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise SD-WAN and wireless networks.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting and SLA-based resolution.
• Execute standard service requests and change implementations across SD-WAN platforms.
• Perform daily health checks, log reviews and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure security/governance compliance.
