Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Network and Communication Operations Engineer to oversee design, implementation and management of the group network, ensuring maximum availability and reliability to support business objectives.

The role requires 6-10 years in multi-vendor network operations, expertise in SD-WAN, Wireless, Voice/Collaboration, LAN, NAC, and automation (Ansible or Python), plus cloud knowledge and strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree with 6–10 years of network operations experience in a multi-vendor environment.
• Certifications in Networking (Cisco/Aruba/Versa) are preferred.
• Strong planning, design and implementation skills for complex network infra.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation and management of the network operations.
• Lead large-scale network operations and cross-functional service delivery meetings.
• Coordinate incident resolution across multiple vendors and internal teams.
• Drive automation and network modernization including SD-WAN and cloud integrations.
• Ensure IT services comply with architecture standards and deliver on time.
