Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time School Science Support staff to prepare materials and manage science laboratories and outdoor facilities.

You will curate artefacts for teacher reflections and carry out stocktaking of science resources, while handling ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school. The role requires 2 years of relevant admin/operations experience, a team player with strong multitasking abilities, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N levels with science-related subjects.
• Prefer 2 years of admin & operations experience in a school environment supporting science activities.
• Excellent team-player with strong organization & multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and apparatus for science lessons.
• Manage, operate and maintain the science laboratories and outdoor facilities.
• Carry out stocktaking of science resources.
• Curate students’ artefacts for teachers’ reflections.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by school.
