Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Laboratory & Makerspace Support Assistant to prepare and set up apparatus for daily science lessons and makerspace activities, and to sanitize and dispose lab waste.

You will collaborate with teachers on safety, maintain cleanliness and security of three laboratories and the makerspace, manage inventory, and provide ad-hoc office assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizing capabilities and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory & Makerspace Technical Support: prepare and set up apparatus and tools for lessons and activities; sanitize and wash apparatus; conduct safety risk assessments with teachers; maintain three labs and makerspace area.
• Inventory & Resource Management: perform stock-taking, audit resource sheets, verify supplier deliveries, coordinate equipment servicing, log repairs.
• Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support: draft labels, design posters, manage databases, assist in front office tasks and event logistics.
