Job summary

SUNNYHILL ACE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Lab Technician to support Primary Science and Mathematics lessons. You will prepare and maintain laboratories, assist teachers during experiments, manage stock, and handle routine administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate data entry, and collaboration with staff to ensure smooth daily operations throughout school terms.

Qualifications

GCE O' Levels with at least 3 passes required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as lab technician or administrative support in a Singapore primary school.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for resource creation and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

Laboratory Preparation & Maintenance: Prepare, set up, and clear away apparatus, equipment, and materials for primary science and mathematics lessons; keep labs, prep room, and storage areas clean and ready.
Lesson Support: Assist teachers during practical classes by handling materials and replenishing consumables.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe storage and handling of lab equipment and chemicals, inspect tools, and arrange repairs as needed.
Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, verify inventory, source quotations, and assist purchasing of lab supplies.
General Administrative Duties: Support teachers with resource prep, data entry, temperature checks, and recycling logistics.
Event Logistics: Provide admin and logistical support for school-wide science programmes and exhibitions.
