Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Teaching & Learning Assistant to support teachers with administrative workloads. You will help prepare and set up subject-related equipment and learning resources, and assist in delivering lessons and practical assessments.

You’ll also handle department operations, inventory and maintenance of rooms, help plan events, support data entry, and assist with other school activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate lesson delivery and practical assessments; prepare equipment and exhibits.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and maintenance of department rooms.
• Assist in preparations for department events and activities.
• Supports data entry for departments.
• Assist in any other events and activities based on the school’s needs; and
• Assist in school general administrative matters based on school’s needs.

Job description

The Teaching & Learning Assistant will support the teachers in administrative workload that will include:

• Facilitate the delivery of lessons and practical assessments. This includes preparing and setting up subject-related equipment and exhibits (e.g. Science Laboratory preparation), as well as teaching and learning resources;
• Manage the daily operations, inventory management and maintenance of the department rooms and learning areas in the school;
• Assist in the preparations for department events and activities;
• Supports data entry for departments;
• Assist in any other events and activities based on the school’s needs; and
• Assist in school general administrative matters based on school’s needs.
