Yellow Ribbon is seeking a Teaching & Learning Assistant to support teachers with administrative workload and classroom activities in a school setting in Singapore.

The role involves facilitating lessons, managing department rooms and learning areas, preparing for events, and assisting with data entry and general administrative tasks as needed by the school.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate the delivery of lessons and practical assessments, including preparing and setting up subject-related equipment and exhibits.
• Manage the daily operations, inventory management and maintenance of the department rooms and learning areas in the school.
• Assist in the preparations for department events and activities.
• Supports data entry for departments.
• Assist in any other events and activities based on the school’s needs; and
• Assist in school general administrative matters based on school’s needs.

Description du poste

The Teaching & Learning Assistant will support the teachers in administrative workload that will include:

• Facilitate the delivery of lessons and practical assessments. This includes preparing and setting up subject-related equipment and exhibits (e.g. Science Laboratory preparation), as well as teaching and learning resources;
• Manage the daily operations, inventory management and maintenance of the department rooms and learning areas in the school;
• Assist in the preparations for department events and activities;
• Supports data entry for departments;
• Assist in any other events and activities based on the school’s needs; and
• Assist in school general administrative matters based on school’s needs.
