Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a contracted position at Tampines Primary School to support student management and development initiatives. You will assist with case management, fact-finding, and restorative processes under the guidance of Form Teachers and Year Heads.

The role involves engaging with students, facilitating constructive actions, and communicating updates to parents. Working hours span Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am–2pm and Tuesday/Thursday 9am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student case management and development initiatives with Form Teachers and Year Heads.
• Conduct fact-finding by collecting accounts from students and witnesses to clarify incidents.
• Support case inquiry and documentation through interviews and review of information.
• Engage students with supportive, constructive approaches to behavior.
• Facilitate restorative conversations or other conflict-resolution processes when appropriate.
• Assist in parent engagement by communicating updates and gathering relevant information.
• Escalate concerns promptly to Year Head for safety or well-being issues.
• Maintain visibility during recess, exams, and detention, supporting orderly behavior.
• Keep case notes and provide progress updates to the Year Head.
