Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Tampines is seeking a dedicated school support assistant to ensure AV systems are functioning before activities begin and to support student safety and orderly dismissal.

You will assist with overseeing recess and dismissal, help coordinate programme activities, support science labs with materials, photograph events, and manage the post-event photo workflow to keep records organized and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AV systems are functioning before school activities commence
• Maintain safety, orderliness, and well-being of students during recess and dismissal
• Support and facilitate programme activities and monitor student participation
• Assist Science Department with preparation of laboratory materials and consumables
• Capture photographs at school events and manage download/organization of photos
• Station at dismissal points and understand school dismissal procedures and waiting areas for different student groups
