Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an adaptable ICT assistant to support school IT operations, manage ICT device loans, assist with website publishing on Isomer Next, and provide AV support for events.

The role also covers e-broadcast management, inventory of iPads and AV accessories, and post-production tasks. Candidates should have a polytechnic diploma or ITE/Higher Nitec and be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma from a local polytechnic or be an ITE/Higher Nitec graduate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.

Responsibilities

• IT Device Management: schedule ICT resources and manage device loans with proper records.
• Website Management: publish announcements, circulars, newsletters and photo galleries on Isomer Next, no content creation.
• School Event Photography/Videography: cover events, perform basic post-production and archive materials.
• e-Broadcast Management: upload and schedule broadcast materials and handle delivery issues.
• ICT Inventory Management: maintain asset inventory with serial numbers and custodian info.
• Assist with Audio-Visual (AV) support: set up and operate sound systems, projectors and displays.
