BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Tampines is seeking an Operations Support Officer to assist in school logistics and security tasks, including escorting contractors and assisting with daily site routines.

The role involves opening/closing the school, ARM/DISARM of alarms, cleaning, fault reporting, supporting events, and occasional locker lock duties, with standard Monday to Friday hours and a one-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Preferably with some relevant working experience in a school as an Operations Support Officer

Responsibilities

• To assist in Opening and Closing of School may need to do ARM/DISARM of school alarm
• To escort contractors around the school premises
• To throw rubbish and clean/mop the special rooms as assigned
• To help to check and fault reporting to Operations Managers
• To provide logistical support for school events
• May need to assist to cut locks at lockers as and when required
