Job summary

CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School (Primary) is seeking three School Operations Support Assistants to support daily school operations, inspect school facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, assist with event logistics and perform traffic warden duties.

Responsibilities

• Open and close classrooms and learning resource rooms.
• Inspect teaching facilities, toilets.
• Check equipment and fixtures, identify defects and report items requiring repair.
• Accompany MOE term contractors during inspections and maintenance or repair works.
• Provide feedback on the quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
• Assist with logistics and setup for school events and functions.
• Perform traffic warden duties to support school traffic safety.
• Carry out other related operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
