Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a school kitchen support officer to assist with daily practical lessons, including preparing ingredients, portioning, and distributing supplies for student activities.

The role covers inventory management, FIFO storage, hygiene and safety compliance, and basic administrative tasks to assist teachers. You will work Monday to Thursday mornings and Friday shifts, with rest days on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in school kitchens or institutional environments preferred.
• PSLE pass essential for communication with students and vendors.
• Certification in food safety highly preferred (WSQ Food Hygiene Course / Food Safety Course Level 1).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and distribute food ingredients for student practical lessons.
• Assist with weekly ingredient orders and verify deliveries.
• Ensure correct labeling, storage, and FIFO stock control.
• Perform regular inventory checks of kitchen items and supplies across the facilities.
• Inspect kitchen equipment and report damages promptly.
• Maintain sanitation and safety, including routine cleaning on Fridays and deep-cleaning during holidays.
• Provide basic administrative support to teachers.
