Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace is seeking a reliable Kitchen Aide to support the Nutrition & Food Science unit at a local secondary school. You will assist with culinary lessons, food preparation, and maintaining sanitary kitchen environments.

Responsibilities include handling ingredients, stocking tools, and performing routine cleaning. During holidays, you may assist in the General Office with light admin tasks, document printing, reception coverage, and shredding.

Qualifications

• Experience handling food prep or cleaning in a local school environment is preferred.
• Able to communicate in basic English with teachers and suppliers.
• Independent, reliable and meticulous work ethic; able to handle physical setups and cleaning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Culinary practical lesson support: prepare ingredients, distribute tools, and stock-baseline ingredients.
• Hygiene, safety & sanitation maintenance: deep clean workstations, appliances, and floors; ensure cleanliness of labs.
• Operational & holiday administrative support: assist with logistics, record-keeping, and light admin tasks during holidays.
