Qualifications

• Diploma required with MOE registration or eligibility.
• Prior ICT/AV/media tech support in a school setting preferred.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace; basic IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and production hardware, video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Device & Technical Support: Manage ICT equipment, gadgets, carts, and peripherals; provide on-site staff and student support.
• Event Audio-Visual (AV) Operations: Handle sound systems, projectors, and setups for school events.
• Media Production & Logistics: Produce/edit audio/video assets; track and sort ALP robotics assets.
• Digital Literacy Training: Plan and conduct lessons on MS Office, Google Workspace, and video editing.
