Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace is seeking an organized ICT Executive to manage school ICT assets, provide technical support, and lead multimedia activities for primary students at a Jurong East institution.

You will handle devices, AV setups for events, and produce media assets while delivering digital literacy training on Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. MOE registration eligibility is essential; prior school-based ICT/AV experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required; MOE registration as instructor or eligible for immediate registration.
• Experience in ICT/AV support in a local school preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic IT troubleshooting.
• Strong asset logging, good communication in English, meticulous approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT equipment, devices, carts and peripherals in the ICT department.
• Oversee Event AV operations for school celebrations and events.
• Produce and edit audio/video assets for school projects; manage ALP robotics assets.
• Plan and conduct digital literacy lessons using MS Office, Google Workspace, and video editing tools.
