Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work, Youth Work or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant social or youth work experience.
• Experience in a Singapore school or youth setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' needs and develop tailored care plans.
• Design and deliver youth programmes and engagement activities.
• Run group sessions and student support groups.
