Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counselling from a recognized institution.
Experience in clinical counseling, psychology, or social work with adolescents in school or youth settings.
Strong risk assessment, triage, and clinical formulation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-agency collaboration abilities.
Organized with meticulous data documentation and confidentiality compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapeutic counselling for students.
Deliver crisis intervention when needed and formulate care plans.
Facilitate multidisciplinary conferences with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Design and run psycho-educational workshops for student resilience and coping.
