Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an AV Technician to provide comprehensive AV support for the school, including setup, testing, operation, and dismantling of equipment for events and classes.

You will troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity issues and assist presenters, while supporting live streaming, video recording, photography, and hybrid/virtual meetings. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in AV, media, IT, electronics, or related field.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience.
• Experience in training on multimedia and ICT skills.
• Experience in AV operations, event support, conference facilities, or broadcasting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Good knowledge of AV equipment, video recording, photography, and event technology.
• Good communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall AV technical support for the school.
• Set up, test, operate, and dismantle AV equipment; assist presenters.

Working hour

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 3:00pm

Key Roles

• Overall AV technical support for the school
• Set up, test, operate, and dismantle AV equipment; assist presenters and event organisers
• Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and equipment issues; escape complex problems
• Support live streaming, video recording, photography, hybrid meetings, and virtual events
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for staff and students on AV tools
• Manage, maintain, and record AV equipment; ensure workplace safety compliance
• Any other AV-related duties assigned by HOD ICT and SH ICT

Requirements
