Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Scheme Support Services Executive to handle scheme-related enquiries, applicant change requests, and appeal assessments, providing operational support to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will process mailbox enquiries, update addresses and assistance packages, review appeals using the Authority’s system, and support data analysis and collateral replenishment across service touchpoints such as Community Centres and Libraries.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level with at least 3 passes, Diploma, or recognised equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in bill/claim verification, appeal reviews, enquiry handling, data management, administration, or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Able to work accurately and manage multiple tasks within stipulated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle mailbox enquiries from members of the public and device/connectivity partners.
• Process approved applicants’ change requests, including address and assistance package updates.
• Review and prepare appeal assessments using information from AUTHORITY’s system and submit appeals for approval.
• Support administrative and operational activities, including project coordination, data analysis, and collateral replenishment requests to service touchpoints such as Community Centres and Libraries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by AUTHORITY.
