Maison 21G Paris is opening a new boutique on Duxton Hill in Singapore, and we seek an experienced Sales Executive | Scent Designer to join our team. You will be the face of the Maison, guiding clients through our personalised perfumery experience and delivering luxury service.

In this client-facing role, you will build relationships with international and VIP clients, aim to meet sales targets, host events, and continue expanding your fragrance knowledge in a rapidly growing brand.

Formación

• 3-6 years in customer-facing sales, ideally luxury retail.
• Genuine passion for perfume and ability to upsell.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth and curiosity.
• Conduct personalised fragrance consultations.
• Understand client preferences to make fragrance recommendations.
• Share Maison 21G story and approach to personalised perfumery.
• Confidently sell fragrances, home scents, gifting and bespoke creations.
• Achieve sales targets with a consultative approach.
• Build relationships with returning, international and VIP clients.
• Host fragrance workshops and boutique events.
• Maintain boutique presentation and luxury service standards.
• Continuously develop fragrance knowledge.
