Job summary

Luxasia in Singapore is seeking a Fragrance Associate to help customers select fragrances and build lasting relationships. You will recommend products, share knowledge, and maintain an inviting counter while supporting retail operations.

The role emphasizes excellent service, English communication and a friendly, well-groomed appearance, with willingness to work retail hours and participate in launches and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary educational level.
• Experience in beauty products/fragrance sales would be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrances.
• Recommend the ideal fragrance to customers based on preferences.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
• Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take and counter housekeeping.
• Support new fragrance launches and related events.
• Communicate effectively in English, with Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.
