Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring Beauty Advisors for an established international luxury beauty brand in Singapore.

You will engage customers with fragrance knowledge, deliver personalised consultations and drive sales in a premium retail environment. Based in Central Singapore, you will work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays, building relationships with clients and showcasing product features and collections.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend fragrances and beauty products based on customer preferences.
• Introduce product features, fragrance notes and collections.
• Deliver personalised consultations and product demonstrations.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets.
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Maintain attractive product displays and counter presentation.
