Job summary

CREW by HRNet in Singapore is hiring fragrance specialists and beauty advisors to represent international luxury fragrance brands. You will provide personalised fragrance consultations, introduce customers to premium collections, and help build lasting relationships with shoppers in Central Singapore.

The role requires explaining fragrance notes, recommending perfumes for occasions, delivering demonstrations, maintaining boutique displays and inventory, and striving to meet sales targets across

Qualifications

• Experience in fragrance, beauty or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong interest in perfumes and fragrance products.
• Knowledge of fragrance families and scent profiles is an advantage.
• Confident in recommending products and engaging customers.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to premium fragrance collections.
• Recommend perfumes based on scent preferences and occasions.
• Explain fragrance notes, compositions and product characteristics.
• Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and demonstrations.
• Build customer relationships and support repeat purchases.
