Cut Butchery Grill PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced sashimi chef to join our expanding team. You will handle seafood cutting, portioning and ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards in daily operations.

We offer a 6-day work week (9am–9pm), uniform provided, dental benefit and training to help you grow with our brand in a creative, fast-paced retail meat/seafood environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as sashimi chef
• Ability to perform basic seafood cutting functions
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

• Perform basic seafood cutting functions including trimming, deboning, portioning and slicing
• Maintain daily production/temperature records
• Ensure equipment are clean and in good working condition
• Attend to customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner
