Job summary

Qualifications

• Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support users on business applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors when needed.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions.
• Gather user feedback and support system improvements.
• Assist with system testing, implementation and user training.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Support basic data extraction and SQL queries.
• Maintain system guides, records and project documents.
