Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT/ERP support specialist to assist users of business applications, manage access rights and support system improvements.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, run basic data extraction with SQL, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and provide user training and testing support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in application, ERP or business systems support.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI and IT ticketing tools.
