A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to provide support across multiple modules including Employee Central, Payroll, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with a strong focus on configuration and vendor management. We’re looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to support and enhance the SAP systems across multiple modules. This role focuses on configuration, implementation, RBP management, payroll support, and coordination with vendors and business teams to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvements.
Provide functional and configuration support across key SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Time, Benefits, Learning, Performance, and Payroll.
Manage Role-Based Permissions and ensure proper access governance.
Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, including payroll-related queries and integrations with external systems.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and oversee the full enhancement lifecycle—from analysis to user signoff.
Configure modules and support system upgrades, patches, and release changes.
Plan, execute, and document unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to coordinate application maintenance, testing, and solution delivery.
Participate in implementation activities and ensure solutions adhere to security and process standards.
Build strong relationships with business users, providing guidance and support where needed.
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience as a SuccessFactors functional consultant, with strong configuration capability in EC, Time, Benefits, Learning, Performance, and Payroll.
Solid understanding of Role-Based Permissions and payroll operations/support.
Proven experience in system implementation, configuration work, and vendor management.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations with systems such as S/4HANA, Concur, or third‑party tools.
Knowledge of SAC, RPA, or data analytics tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills across both functional and technical areas.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate well with cross‑functional teams.
Experience in testing, training, and documentation.
SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
Background in HR tech and process optimisation is beneficial.
