Job summary

Rolling Arrays, a leading HRTech consultancy in Singapore, seeks an experienced leader to drive strategic HRIS transformations. You will guide cross-module solution design, define integration architectures, and act as a trusted advisor to CHROs and senior executives across complex engagements.

You will lead pre-sales, shape delivery governance, and develop delivery frameworks, IPs, and learning paths for the consulting practice, mentoring Lead Consultants and nurturing future leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting with multi-module experience.
• Proven pre-sales and solution ownership capabilities.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking.
• Proven track record in people development and capability building.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design across multiple HRIS modules.
• Strategic client advisory to CHROs and C-suite stakeholders.
• Pre-Sales & solutioning including demos and proposals.
• Delivery governance across complex programs.
